The game's graphics are good enough, though the overall frame rate just doesn't seem to be smooth enough, occasionally resulting in balls that look as if they're skipping across the table.

While it would have been nice to have a brief controller tutorial in there, a quick read of the manual and an hour or so in the practice mode will have you sinking balls like Bobby Brady himself. The school-of-pool mode teaches you the basics of the game, but it also has an advanced section complete with trick shots.

With it, you can turn recorded audio or a MIDI or live mic performance into transcribed music notation.As much as I wish differently, Ultimate 8 Ball isn't a game about the best bottle of Olde English 800 malt liquor ever bottled. AudioScore Ultimate is the full-featured version of the AudioScore Lite audio transcription software included with Sibelius. You can then edit or transpose the music, play it back, extract the parts, and print just as if you'd input it yourself. It can not only read notes, but also printed slurs, dynamics, lyrics, guitar tab, chord diagrams, and more. PhotoScore & NotateMe Ultimate reads printed and handwritten music or PDFs quickly. You can even use it on its own to scan in, play back, transpose, and print scores, and save audio files. This software can also scan music into other MIDI software, such as sequencers. PhotoScore & NotateMe Ultimate is the full-featured version of the PhotoScore & NotateMe Lite scanning software included with Sibelius.
